"I do not recommend purchasing the “half board” or all inclusive (if available). While breakfast was good, dinners lacked choices and were bland. We were there for three nights and regretted paying ahead for dinner as there are so many better options outside the hotel.
The location is excellent and the beds were comfortable."
"Absolutely horrendous place to stay. The whole place is so filthy and disgusting. My husband got salmonella during our stay there and we were provided with zero support. The reception staff ( most of them) are so rude and unhelpful. The pools were so dirty as well. Stay away from this place!!"
"Travelled with my partner for a five-night stay. Overall, it was a decent stay.
The location is excellent and within walking distance of most places. However, front-facing rooms can be noisy due to constant car horns, so it may be worth requesting a room on the opposite side.
The room was a good size, housekeeping kept it clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was poor and never got particularly cold, even on the lowest setting.
The hotel feels a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Some fittings were loose, paint was peeling in places, the shower head was dirty, and the bathtub was in need of a deep clean.
Unfortunately, the women's steam room was out of order throughout our stay, leaving only the sauna available. Both facilities are very small, fitting only two people comfortably, and must be booked around 45 minutes in advance.
Our most disappointing experience was on the final night. Reception advised my partner to join me in the men's steam room as the women's was still unavailable. We called ahead to ensure it was ready, but another guest entered and became angry, claiming he had been there first. Although I explained I rang Reception, he continued shouting, so we chose to leave rather than risk an argument and spoiling our holiday.
Breakfast was average and could benefit from more hot options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a decent hotel, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time."
"L’hôtel; petit déjeuner très bien;
4 fois j’ai été à la réception; réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas, rien n’a été fait,
Réception 700 ne répond jamais,
En quittant l’hôtel ce matin; la gérante s’est excusée; un peu trop tard;"
"It's a typical airport hotel - nothing special at all. It was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in for one night before my early flight the next day. The staff was friendly and nice. Free shuttle to the airport that's just a couple minutes away is nice."
"Quit overpriced property, need a serious revamp and good TLC. A 5 stars in the low end with an ultra luxury and exclusive pricing !
Service is really great with an expectation to tip right left and center ! A bit annoying"
