"Such a great experience! There are 8 tents, so it’s a very small group of guests. We all arrived to snacks and tea and were brought to our rooms. The dinner was very delecious followed by a show! It was fun to have the small group of guests dance together by the fire to the music. The rooms looked like actual hotel rooms. The bathroom had a shower with hot running water and was very clean. "I have stayed at this hotel before, so I am comparing this experience with my previous stay. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the basic service this time was very disappointing. From the first day, both bathrooms had no toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. We were three people using two bathrooms, yet we had to repeatedly call reception just to receive basic necessities. The most frustrating part was having to keep asking for things that should automatically be checked and replenished by housekeeping. It was only on our last night that everything was finally provided properly. I appreciate that hotels can have occasional oversights, but when the same issue continues for several days, it becomes unacceptable. Especially disappointing given that my previous stay was much better. The location remains excellent, but the housekeeping and basic guest service need significant improvement."

"Absolutely exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, welcoming, and beautifully organized. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a sophisticated atmosphere, beautiful ocean views, and the level of comfort you expect from Four Seasons. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every interaction made us feel taken care of, and even the smallest details were handled with care. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the entire property felt peaceful and luxurious. The spa was another highlight of our stay — a wonderful, relaxing experience and exactly what we needed after traveling. The location by the ocean makes the hotel feel like a true escape while still being convenient for exploring Casablanca. We stayed here as a family, and everyone had such a positive experience. After a very complicated and stressful journey, coming back to the Four Seasons felt like returning to a calm, beautiful sanctuary. That made our stay especially memorable. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Casablanca team for your hospitality and for making our time in Morocco so special. This is absolutely a hotel I would recommend and would happily return to on my next visit to Casablanca. Five stars without hesitation!"

"Nice reasonably priced hotel with polite helpful personnel close to Casablanca Airport. Air conditioned room is not big, but is comfy and convenient. A small fridge would be useful. Not easy to manipulate the air conditioners air flow, although the AC is very helpful overall. Delicious buffet breakfast is served in the morning. Free parking is a big advantage. We have stayed in this hotel twice during our trip and have enjoyed our stay both times. This place is highly recommended for travelers in transit or arriving in or leaving from Casablanca Airport."

"We came back from a fantastic stay in Agadir and Argana hotel. Our room was a quadruple family room which was clean and like the pictures. The staff at the hotel are extremely hardworking, especially the cleaners and the restaurant staff. You may see comments from other guests commenting on the restaurant and food on the floor etc. However this is not staff problem, this is a guest problem. It is such a shame to see guests take so much food and leave them unfinished as well as leave tables and floors in such a dirty state. Food wastage by guests is so shameful especially given the poverty in the surrounding areas of Agadir. The cleaners and staff try their best to keep up ! Other than this, the food was good of a decent variety that you would expect from an all inclusive. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly by the cleaners to a good standard. My only complaints about our stay: The gym requires a payment to use which I've never heard of, it's always been included anywhere we've stayed. Towels were also chargeable for the pool. Music at night time would be quite head thumpingly loud up until 2am, however I'm not sure if this was due to the nightly programme or the night clubs near by. Other than this, a busy, lively hotel overall. Agadir itself is lovely and this trip was a lovely experience for me and my family."
