"Sincerely I had a good staying in hotel.First is very clean. I felt very comfortable in my room, Air conditioning is good, I really enjoyed my stay. I am using a cane, Ahmed the restaurant responsible he's very welcoming person. We had different choice in breakfast. Also he offered me an outstanding meal lunch in my room (price very reasonable). I paid it when I checked out. Also there is a young man named Younes he's very helpful at anytime you calling him for room assistance. His shift starts at 3 pm. He assisted me very nicely. All the stuff are very disciplined. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel."

"We booked for only the evening as we had a 1.25AM flight and wanted somewhere near the airport. Efficient and courteous staff. Excellent hotel for that purpose with ability to sit in restaurant and courtyard to eat and have drinks. Our only criticism is the semi-functioning air conditioning - ended up having to open the window to heat relief."

"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back."

"The staff, the property maintenance, breakfast 10/10. There is construction currently going on but it did not disturb my sleep. The property is next to a mall and Buddha bar restaurant."
