"Stayed just one night here with my mother, daughter, and her friend so my daughter and her friend could attend a concert nearby. Was super happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, and the kind staff. Only minor complaint would be that the doors slam throughout which could be a little frustrating if you are a light sleeper and the parking garage is a little tight and could be really bad for someone with a low to ground car due to the super steep entrance/exit ramp. Lastly, I was under the impression that there was a bar/restaurant on site. Unfortunately, there is only the dining area for the paid breakfast or dinner. Aside from those few minor things, I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning in the summer as it's nice and close to the shore and beaches too. "

"The rooms, especially the rooms that face Milwaukee Hwy are VERY noisy!! Had several people sitting outside smoking pot. "

"Room was better than expected, love fog free light up mirror in the bathroom (loved it so much I purchased one when I arrived home!!). Bathroom still needs a vent fan especially with a sliding door. I appreciated all dishes, utensils, pots, towels ect. were provided in the kitchen. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Check in & out was super easy & quick. My only complaint is its $20 to park. I had an event at the Allstate arena within a few hours of arrival between both I spent $45 on parking in a matter of a couple hours. A shuttle would be nice to events at Allstate Arena and would help make up for the $20 I was charged at check in. Both Hotels.com and Expedia mentioned paid parking and a lot on the side (made it sound like this is free). This is the 1st time I’ve ever paid to park at a hotel I was staying at. Even with the parking fee I would definitely stay again when in town. Ohhh and the tv remote is really weird & a pain!! "

"Breakfast was pretty gross. Room needed vacuumed. Shower was dirty. Location for our concert that night was the only reason it was worth it."

"The room was unbelievably hot, despite it being cold outside. When we talked to the staff to try to get moved to a new room all we were given was a box fan but the room remained significantly hotter than even just in the hallway. "

"This hotel was beautiful. Parking was easy and airport shuttle was easy. The staff members were wonderful. The restaurant food was amazing and they also have a cute little coffee shop while waiting for your morning departure. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others and stay here again. "
