“The house was as adorable as promised. Clean and perfectly equipped. The frosted glasses in the freezer were the perfect touch. Charles was an excellent host. He communicated right away to my questions. Loved our stay in Cincinnati.”

“It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.”
