"Loved every minute"

"I loved the rooms and the area. Only problem was the keys stopped working the second day, had to get new ones and they were renovating the hotel which we would hear off and on throughout the day. The room was comfortable and clean. And the area was perfect, there were many dining options, movie theaters, and shopping plazas nearby. "

"The flip lock on the door is broken #133. The desk chair leans back so far you feel like you'll hit the floor. But, the staff brought us a regular straight back chair which was wonderful. The toilet is loose from the floor, annoying but, not a deal breaker. Outside had alot of construction areas. Staff was great and very helpful. Will stay again. "

"It was good for the price. My 1st roomed smelled a little but they gave me some spray to help, then the fridge wasn’t working and they changed my room right away. The staff was so helpful and nice! My next room was great! Clean, spacious, everything worked, I had zero complaints! They changed my towels everyday and were so accommodating. This is my 2nd time staying here. Great location. "

"When I checked in, I told the front desk reception that I will be checking out at 3am instead of 11am on Saturday morning. The guy told me it would be ok, just come and show them my ID and I will receive my deposit at checkout. No one was at the front desk to check me out. I called the numbers they had available to reach out to someone, and no one answered or has even returned my calls or voicemail. I left the keys rap up in a note and threw it through the lobby side window. "

"Staff was great. Could use some more hot breakfast options. Just had scrambled eggs and sausage links and waffle maker but it was good."
