The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. “Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. ”

“This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than...

“Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. Highly recommend for quiet vacationers.”

“Only complaint was the bathroom was not on the same floor as the living and bedroom, it was up a short flight of stairs. Not real convienient .”
