"My husband and I are both teachers and we were in need of some rest and relaxation after a hectic few weeks. This was our first stay at Elliot House and we had a great time! Check in instructions and parking info was sent early on and were very easy to follow. We had no issues finding the parking area, or getting into our room. The room itself was spacious, and clean. Once we settled in, we headed to the common area where there were breakfast items and a coffee/tea station. We grabbed hot water to make hot toddies, and some cookies. The bed was super soft and comfortable, the jetted tub was amazing, the fireplace made our room cozy, and the tv provided a bunch of options for our mini staycation. 24/7 breakfast access meant a Frosted Flakes midnight snack. Morning coffee on the patio was exactly what I pictured when I booked our stay. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. It was exactly what we hoped for!"

"These hosts are wonderful. The utility company shutoff power to the entire region, so the home was without power and running water. The host called me right away to let me know, and offered to help us anyway they could. The home is absolutely lovely! It is spacious, and slept all 22 of us..The dining room table is something we wanted to take home! LOL The home is nicely decorated, washer/dryer, and the pool table and ping pong table are fun extras. There were wonderful blankets on each rocker outside and our seniors loved sitting and rocking. We hope to go back! Thank you!"

"Our group had a wonderful time and the location was perfect! The home had plenty of room, beds and parking for our group, and the balcony with BBQ was a perk. We will definitely stay here again if available. Everything is as described and we had no issues."

"I made a few suggestions to host to make the stay a bit more comfortable overall. She was very gracious & accepting of input, as a past host myself. Note there are about 6 steps up into house on gravel driveway. So if tender back or knees, bring light luggage to help lifting."
