Pools and hot closed by the city for 3 weeks, was not opened by the time we left. Floors were dirty, long black hairs on them and on one of the beds, I am blonde/gray. My husbands is short brown/gray. Also you had to sign that if you check out late you would be charged for a full day and all the threats about damages. Also lighting was terrible. No lights in kitchen area at all. Looked like Christmas lights under the bed and on a small shelf above the bed that were very low. No lamps at all. In addition no interior night latch for security, major gaps around entry door allowing cold air in constantly. Mattress needs updating, very flat in certain areas. I called the front desk to make everything was ok to stay in the room at 9:30am they told me it was. I left for the day and got back at 11 pm and i wasnt able to get back in my room. My keys didnt work. I called all the numbers and no one answer are they was out of order. My stuff was still in the room i seen it through the window. That's the best. The room, restrooms are super clean and huge with beautiful decor. Even though the hotel from outside does not look good, the room and ocean view compensates (surpluses) the shortcoming.
