Staff was very nice. Area, not so much. Vacant lots and trash in areas around property. Just 2-3 block walk to the beach but a music festival was starting the next week (directly across the street!) so the sidewalks, parking lot and streets were blocked. Made it very hard to get around by foot or by car. Room on 4th floor, no elevator. We didn't ask for help with luggage. Staff didn't offer. A/C was extremely loud but helped drown out the set up across the street. Small swimming pool but it was cleaned every day. Downtown is shady in the late afternoon and evening. Inappropriate clothing and items for sale. Not a family-friendly area.

It was only a 5-minute walk to the beach which was wonderful! However, the room itself could have been a bit more cleaner. (Especially the floors) All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was quite a mess because they had just had some sort of a music festival about 3 days before our stay.

I like the fact that was close to the beach and the good attitude of the people in charge. I didn't like the noise, but then found out there was a concert going on. The pool it's very small, they have room to make it nicer and big.

It was amazing. I love how close everything was. I also loved the new and different options for food and fun. My only downside was that marijuana was not allowed on the premises; which I respected and understood, but I digress. All-in-all, the experience was amazing and I enjoyed my time there.

We had a small mess up when I first arrived but the owner was supper nice and the staff fixed everything and made sure we was good. We was right by the strip and walking distance from the beach so it was very convenient. Would definitely book again!!
