The view was beautiful, for the price everything was great & as i expected. A little outdated & could use new beds however it was clean, stocked and ready for us. Pools are easy to access and the beach is easily accessible for someone with limited mobility. Close to all the stores and strip. I would definitely book this room again.

Anniversary of 44 year stay!

The room was perfect but the view from the balcony stunning! Pool hits who could ask for more! The owner was super prompt with check in info and check out! I will definitely look for his properties again!

A beautiful place

If you love an oceanfront where you wake up to the waves of the ocean, this is the place to be! I would definitely stay again . The check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. Perfect vacation !

Great vacation Condo with awesome view

Th condo was perfect size for me and my partner and offered at a reasonable price. Great location with a spectacular view of the ocean. Loved hearing the roar of water.

Great location and very clean!

This place was very clean! It was located on the beach and was close to The Boardwalk and many other places to enjoy! We loved it there. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were my kids favorite things! Will definitely need to go back sometime.

Great place right on the beach

The condo was clean, neat and tidy! It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The only negative aspect was getting in, because there is an Alice in wonderland eat me drink me vibe to opening the door as the key box is a foot and a half off the floor, it has a combination and a stubborn 2 part box that is difficult to open.But otherwise great!

What a great trip. The condo was close to the airport (max 10 minutes). Check in was super easy and communication with the host was great. Condo was on the 15th floor. It felt like you were on a cruise ship looking out at straight water. The view was breathtaking.Kitchen was helpful to be able to cook in. Stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and plates. Do not go to the general store across the street, it's overpriced and they overcharged you. There was other grocery stores and dollar general 10 minute walk.I did not have a car so I can't speak about parking, but easy access to cabs to airport via Lyft. Pools are heated and towels are available down by the pool.Book your trip today!

Great Stay - Will be Back

Our family had a great time during our week stay! The Sandy Beach resort was awesome - the two outdoor heated pools were VERY warm, and the indoor pool and lazy river were key for our kids on a couple of cool/rainy days. The kids' play area was only open for one day of our stay, and the water was very cold, but the kids had fun playing in the Silly Sub when they had the chance.The room had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and the hosts even provided tabs for the dishwasher - which was a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for better communication from the hosts right from the start; they provided us with their direct cell phone numbers in case we needed anything.All in all, it's a great place for a family to stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

Issues that we found

The placed was comfortable. However, the placed had some issues. The towels were stained, the bathroom walls had damaged, and the living area walls had some damaged. In addition, the complex stated is was a non-smoking however, every night the hallways smelled like pot. We had some issues with the ice machine not working when we arrived but the issued was resolved.

Sandy Beach Resort

Room could use some upgrades for sure. The carpet was nasty. The Murphy was not clean. The toilet didn’t flush properly the whole stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. Good view. Amenities was great. Accessibility to the beach was easy. The location was good.
