"When you walk in the entrance and your room, it's almost like home sweet home. Very comfortable and roomy. Very clean. The valet was quick and prompt. The dining and rooftop bar was wonderful service and tons of room for sitting and just be comfortable. Food was glorious and very good. Loved the staff. The fall back for me was, no dining for breakfast. They have a small coffee café with some burritos, bagels and a few sweet stuff. Get there earlier than I did for more choices. Their coffee for me was very, very strong tasting. Did not enjoy the taste at all. They have breakfast to order for your room that you can fill out. Wish I would have tried that but I was with other travelers. All in all I still enjoyed my time there very much. I'm sure you will too!"

"Despite MANY bad Yelp reviews about staff service and cleanliness, one very horrifying photo of a very dirty mattress, and also the noise when getting a room facing the freeway: All turned out pretty good. I got a room on the other side of the hotel NOT facing the freeway. The room WAS CLEAN, the BED WAS CLEAN, the BATHROOM WAS CLEAN - the carpet might have been stained and that's it. I was surprised about the HOT COMPLIMENTARY breakfast (scrambled eggs, etc) - which really came in handy for me. The location is not glamorous (near a trucking container looking area) and getting in and out onto Franklin was tricky if there was traffic. But the stay WAS VERY SATISFACTORY and it's possible I would consider staying there again Thank you very much to Sleep Inn Nampa - you were better than what the many Yelp reviews said"

"It is a quality facility, clean and modern. The full size fridge was a pleasant amenity, compared to those little things everyone else has. The front desk lady was very helpful and delightful. The bed was just a little too firm, but I slept well enough. And that they have a recliner was awesome; so many hotels do not have a chair you can relax in. It was overall a very good value."

"The hotel staff were very friendly at check in. The room was comfortable. Loved the breakfast. Always a favorite wherever we stay. There were only 2 things we didnt like. 1st was the toilet handle seemed loose when you flush it. 2nd was we were on the 3rd floor at the very end and it was pretty loud. There was a loud whirling noise like something was running. But overall it was a great stay."

"The only negative thing i can say is, the front desk didn’t advise us at check-in that I needed to request full room service every day otherwise, nobody will come to clean it. It’s not a complimentary service like other hotels. For the rest, very spacious room and clean. I fully recommended it."
