Welcome to our top floor unit at the Silverado Resort in Napa Valley! Each time you book with us, we donate $10 to the "Trees For The Future" charity to help plant trees and care for the planet. Our unit is located beside green #2 of the golf course, where the pros will play at the PGA tournament. It is an amazing apartment in a exclusive resort.

The unit has a brand new 65-inch HDTV with free Netflix and SlingTV, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local wineries and family-friendly activities. It is conveniently located near Napa downtown and restaurants, making it easy to experience all that the region has to offer.

Silverado's facilities, including the main Mansion House, the Grill restaurant and bar, the Pro shop, and the Spa, are all within walking distance of the apartment. However, please note that the golf course and tennis courts are not open to Airbnb guests. This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not have to pay a resort fee.

We welcome pets for an additional fee of $250/pet/night, which must be paid before check-in time or the fee is subject to double. If you have 2 pets for 3 nights, the additional payment is 2 pets * 3 nights * $250 = $1,500. Please make sure to send the payment after booking and ensure that your pet is clean and not allowed on the bed.

Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $250 per night for each guest exceeding two. Accuracy in listing the total number of guests at the time of booking is crucial to avoid additional charges. If there are any discrepancies, you will be required to settle the additional fee prior to check-in. We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation on this matter.

No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.

Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures.
