Our home is perfect for a couple or small family of 4, with a comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a private patio, air conditioning, and a heater to ensure your comfort. We even provide a Pack N Play in the unit for families traveling with young children. The entire home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, with fresh bedding and towels provided.
Guests of our home will have access to a range of amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an unassigned parking space for one vehicle. The pool (heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day) is now open for you to enjoy during your stay. We welcome pets for an additional fee of $200/pet/night, which must be paid before check-in time or the fee is subject to double. If you have 2 pets for 3 nights, the additional payment is 2 pets * 3 nights * $250 = $1,500. Please make sure to send the payment after booking and ensure that your pet is clean and not allowed on the bed.
There is an EV charger on the parking lot for you to recharge your electric vehicle. Please note that it is a Level 2, Tesla-only 220-volt, 12-35 mph charger.
We are proud to professionally manage our lovely condo ourselves, with our own property manager and cleaning team. Our condo is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the resort charges its guests. Instead, you'll benefit from a very competitive price (up to 50% discount!) while still having access to some of the resort's amenities that are open to the public, such as The Market and Bakery, the Pro Shop, Spa, The Grill Restaurant, The Mansion Lounge, and the Spa Cafe. Guests will need to purchase day passes to use the spa services and fitness center (available for ages 17+), and tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to resort guests, Troon members, or guests booked by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Our privately owned condominium does not offer amenities such as room service, bell service, property shuttle, resort housekeeping, resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, or access to the main Silverado Resort pool. However, you are welcome to use the condo pool located near your rental.
Located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, our Silverado Community is the perfect base for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the area. Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $250 per night for each guest exceeding two. No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.
To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth turnover of accommodations, we have implemented a late check-out policy. Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.
