Excellent location, many restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment, with laundry in the room, full kitchen. Management team was very responsive and helped me to check in earlier. It would have been perfect if it was not so noisy during the nights when ambulances passed by quite a few times sirens during my stay.

If you are looking for an extremely convenient location near Belmont or Vanderbilt, this is perfect. Everything you could need is basically within a half mile radius. Lots of music, shopping, & dining options. That being said - after a long drive, the music was super loud until early morning hours. The room itself was very sterile, bathrooms cabinets need some paint, & towels had holes in them. Horrible smell in hallways. Basement parking was great though.

The property was in a great location but the carpets were stained the pillows had stains and the towels had stains. The blinds were broken, some of the switches on the lights and fans were broken. I would not stay here again until they updated these items.

It was nice but in need of repairs. Tub spout was loose and would only close half way so shower was half strength., Carpet in bedroom was very old and stained. The couch was worn down in the center and not comfortable anymore. Otherwise very nice and lots of room

Suite was very clean and modern with nice amenities and comfortable bed. The neighborhood is great with lots of shops and restaurants steps away. The medical center is right across the street, so we had easy access to thant and to Vanderbilt University. The only downside was the noise. The walls are very thin and we could hear someone in the next room coughing all night. The parking was convenient and there were plenty of spots but it was not secure (door to the garage was open for the entire 3 days and nights of our stay). Overall it was a very mice place and we would stay there again (just bring eat plugs)

Worse check-in EVER!
Check-in was horrible. There was no information on the booking site to let me know this was a virtual/self serve check-in. I was expecting a lobby and humans in stead I got a locked glass door and a key pad on the side of the wall. The location of the hotel was hidden, luckily I am from Nashville so I was able to navigate the situation.

Good place! BUT DOUBLE CHECK before booking
This place is actually very well located. Coffee houses around the corner, shopping and more. Now, I will like to say that my review will be very detailed and the reason for that is so I can help people avoid certain things in order to enjoy their stay at this place. Pay close attention when booking as hotels.com (according the company that manages these places) has the incorrect information. When I booked it, hotels.com gave me options with and without parking. I knew I was going to be bringing a vehicle so I PAID the option with parking. Well, it doesn't quite work like that as you have to pay for parking ($25 per night) DIRECTLY with the host. Thankfully after explaining the situation to them via text and some back and forth they understood and allowed me to parked my car without double charging me. Now, hotels also states that the small unit has a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, THAT was not the case as in reality is a double size bed and a twin single sofa bed. So, in reality this place can only fit 3 people sort of comfortably, and I booked it for 4 based on the info from hotels.com Let me just say, I had to sleep on the floor with some cushions in order to give my wife and 2 teens a good night sleep. The next day i told the host and again after some back and fort they moved us to bigger unit right next door that can actually fit 4 people. The hosts were VERY HELPFUL I must say. We only wish the info on the units would've been a bit more accurate.

The location is super situated with the bus taking only 10 mins to the city centre and a nice neighbourhood with a few shops and restaurants. The flat is comfortable and clean, lovely place to stay.
