This quaint, riverfront cottage is less than 30 minutes away from the lights and sights of Downtown Nashville! Enjoy all Middle Tennessee has to offer by coming home to this peaceful, natural setting after a night on the town!

The cottage is located on the famous River Road corridor, which features the estates of country music legends like Eric Church, Alan Jackson, Sheryl Crow, Kenny Chesney, Vince & Amy Gill, and others.

Bring your fishing gear, or run up the local favorite breakfast spot -Lakeview Market & Hardware- and grab some pancakes and some tackle/minnows/worms.

Costco, Target, and four local breweries, are only about 15-20 minutes down the road.

Quiet place but needs a little work.
My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but we needed the quiet surroundings at this time and it did provide that. (Also, water leaking under the kitchen sink, we reported and owners were aware. I wish they had warned us going into it because we stopped using it until they finally responded.) I don't want to be disparranging about our overall stay, but with a little more work it could be a nice five star location for sure. Looking forward to see how it gets improved and will most likely look at staying there again sometime down the road.

Nice house on river. Much better than a hotel and very cozy inside. Quiet neighborhood. It is very dark at night, so it’s a good idea to find the house in the daytime upon entry. Lots of beds in the three bedrooms to choose from. Easy 30 min to Nashville.
