Disappointed

Posted Apr 7, 2018
The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, that was all that was nice about the hotel. The pullout sofa would not pull out and it was full of corn chips and crumbs. Maintenance came and struggled with getting the bed to pull out. He then had to move the couch to the wall by the door because there wasn’t enough room to pull the bed out. There were ants in the bathroom and the room was not cleaned to my standards. The bathroom floor and walls were dirty. The soap dish had a used bar of soap in it. The tissue box was empty. I also wondered if the carpet had even been vacuumed. Overall disappointed with this hotel. I figured this hotel would be good since it is a Marriott, unfortunately not the case. They did give me a partial credit for the inconvenience.

Nice hotel close to training

Posted Mar 30, 2018
We did have an issue on the first night. Are flight landed and we got a call saying they were overbooked and got us a room next door. That turned out fine. The rest of our stay was good and the staff was great. The free breakfast was great as well. Scrambled eggs, sausage, were good and available every morning. Overall good hotel despite the first day problem.

Room was small. Carpets dirty. It definitely was not a suite sized room and not worth what I paid for it.

The breakfast was not gluten or allergen friendly at all. None of the cereals were gluten-free, the only meat was turkey sausage and the staff did not know if it had gluten. The yogurt contained fruit tht my daughter was allergic to. The heatair unit blows directly on one of the beds making it hard to sleep. The room was very vlean.

Great location

Posted Mar 10, 2018
My sister and I recently travelled to Nashville for an extended weekend. The hotel and our room matches the photos that are shown. All staff were friendly, rooms were clean, good breakfast, and the location is great if you don’t want to be amongst the chaos of downtown. It’s about a 10-20min drive to downtown or $8 uber. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely be coming back.

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast should be improved. Frozen muffins, coffee not available.

Convenient to events

Posted Jan 25, 2018
Front desk associate was overly chatty. Had 2 kids that were standing quietly beside me at checkin. He addresses them with "You need to be quiet, people go to sleep early here". It seems if he felt the need to address the issue it would have been to me. 2 remotes in room, neither work. Controls on heat/ac wouldn't let me cut off fan entirely. Could not sign into internet as instructed-had to go get a pass code. No clean towels at pool.

Great Location

Posted Jan 22, 2018
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Hallway smell could be better. The lighting seemed dull in the room and the windows could have been better secured on the first floor.
Location: There was a Starbucks (a must for me), Chick-fil-a, gas station, Arby's, Wendy's, and a few others.
The hotel was close to food and dining. Downtown was only a short few minute drive away. The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to. The best part was the staff. In particular the night staff was VERY attentive to our needs, extremely pleasant and friendly, and checked on us often. He went out of his way to make sure my party and other guests were able to get dinner when everything was closing early due to bad weather. He made fresh coffee when he saw us come through the door to study in the lobby. He asked if we needed anything and jumped to accommodate us. The day staff was friendly but didn't hold a candle to the night guy.
