The stunning sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach, FL and beautiful turquoise water are upfront and center in lovely Pearl Breeze. Gorgeous view for miles. You can have it all when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 5th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has views that are incredible, you can see and enjoy the Gulf and surrounding area up close and personal.

This fabulous appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony offers the ideal place to retreat, relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the fresh Gulf air and spectacular sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

The master bathroom offers an oversized shower, soaker tub, sink and toilet. There is dressing area in the master bedroom off the master bathroom, perfect when a couple is getting ready for their day or night on the town and need their own space.
The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination.

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table is centerally located and is perfect for family meals. Beach chairs (located in the condo), beach cart and towels are provided.

The West pool is heated full time.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl.

**This complex does utilize outside security cameras in the front and back of building.

You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I stay at various areas of the gulf at least two times a year. This was undoubtably one of our most positive experiences! We entered the unit and soft jazz was playing, there was a gift basket and two bottles of wine for us to enjoy. There were so very many positive touches. The bed was comfortable and the view was so beautiful. The Pearl is a very clean unit. We will be back! Thank you Michelle!

The condo was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Great amenities. Pool was clean. Liked the security of the parking lot of being gated. The welcome basket was appreciated. Our rooms were on the 5th floor--which made the beach and pools easily accessible. After our arrival we discovered a welcome kit which was most generous with first aid, manicure items, extra flip flops, wine, snacks and a lovely welcoming note. As our stay progressed we discovered that this became the host's expression throughout the rest of our visit, as there was a bounty of just about every necessity; some things that you NEVER find at a vacation condo, like a whole bottle of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, plenty of garbage bags and DW pods. It was very clean and neat, with no cabinets overloaded with broken games, etc. The floor was so clean one could walk barefooted (if you know what I mean!). The view from our balcony included the beach, pools, beautiful and full moonrise/set, gorgeous sunrise/set. It was perfect! We will definitely be back at The Pearl and try to stay at this particular unit again!

This condo was absolutely GORGEOUS! It was exactly as described plus more. It exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities in every room! It even included beach amenities, such as a beach wagon, beach toys for little kids, beach chairs, tent, floats, etc. The welcome gift basket with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was so sweet and thoughtful. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The overall Pearl complex was clean, quiet, and well managed. It’s conveniently located as well. HIGHLY recommend!

This was a gorgeous condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and it worked out perfectly. We have stayed in many hotels on the beach and none of them were as nice or as accommodating. We loved our gift basket, so thoughtful. Just the little extra touches that made the stay special would make us come back.

This was our first time staying in Navarre. We’re stayed many times in other condos located on the gulf beaches. This was the best one we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated and great view from our balcony and while laying in bed. The host was just the best. Welcoming us with a gift basket and other things that we might need for our stay. This will be the place we want to stay in again next year. The only thing we found wrong was the TP was on the holder backward. LOL We LOVED this condo!

The condo was as described. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. View was wonderful and property manager was quick to respond to messages. Only thing I was even a little unhappy with was the 4 dumpsters of garbage that sat on property for a few days, the smell was a little rough but don’t really feel this is the property managers fault. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful, well-appointed condo with excellent management
We visit Navarre Beach each summer, and The Pearl is one of our favorite properties. This particular condo is updated and has fabulous water views from the common areas and master bedroom. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen items, towels, soaps and even makeup remover wipes! Not only that, RMI vacations included many extras which other rentals do not— things such as beach towels, chairs, a cart, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, a bag of ice, extra garbage bags, extra paper towels. They even offered us a welcome basket with a complimentary bottle of wine! It sounds basic, but those small details made a huge difference in our ability to relax and just enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the attentiveness. We will certainly look for RMI rentals on our next trip to Navarre.

Fantastic Experience- will be back
We visited Navarre for a family reunion. Traveling with 3 small children can be a challenge, but the accommodations exceeded our expectations for our needs and the management truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. Given the proximity of family in the area and the numerous amenities of this property, we will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with family/younger children who are looking for a family friendly property as the location is unbeatable with excellent beach access, swimming pool, gym, beautiful views and plenty of space and amenities. The management included a number of incredibly thoughtful touches (like sandals and a bottle of wine). We felt right at home. Easy check in and check out process.

This condo was the best overall experience we've ever had at The Pearl complex. Comfy furniture, coastal decor, durable flooring throughout AND all amenities stocked from the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. The only thing that was a negative was the screaming shower head in the guest bath. But this place is great and we will be actively trying to rent it again.
