Throne Room Tours

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Pool and entertainment staff were good. Bar tenders at pool bar were friendly just very slow and many times would have to go to another bar to get alcohol. Restaurants I would give a 2 out of 5. Many not open in evening, the buffet was nothing special, fruit was always warm, no air in any of the restaurants except coffee shop. Ice cream shop and bowling alley were a nice extra. Did not like that they had so many extra things there but you had to pay an additional cost. Alcohol was very limited at all bars, and bartenders only knew very basic drinks . Free room service had a very limited menu unless you wanted to pay extra. Rooms were also 2 out of 5. Resort is only 5 years old and so many things were broken, not working or band aided together.

The place, food, room, and staff were amazing. Top notch.
