"This property is in need of updating and repair. For $370 a night it seriously lacks basic modern hotel design or amenities. I stayed here 10 years ago and wonder if the hotel is under new management/ownership. We were right next to St. Paul’s Hospital… loud sirens all night and a single pane window rattling consistently throughout the night because of wind. The towels were old, hard and faded. We would never stay here again. I would have spoken with the hotel manager but after 20 hours of international travel, I could not muster up the energy for a conversation. We stuck it out only because we were exhausted. "

"This property was located in the centre of the city with shopping and transportation easy to access. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The only downside would be the noises of the city such as sirens from the nearby hospital. I would stay there again."
