“On our first visit to Vancouver, we picked the Sylvia Hotel, intrigued by the beach location and the pictures -- and we're so glad we did. We had a charming experience throughout our stay -- from being able to check in a bit early on arrival day to enjoying a drink in their cocktail lounge to enjoy one of Vancouver's spectacular beach sunsets -- a must for anyone staying in the West End. This is a hotel that takes pride in its history as demonstrated by the many historical photos displayed……

“住宿點和廚房客廳都很棒，但隔天退房時需要寄放行李，服務人員態度不太好，本來很滿意的就有點小扣分”

“Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.”

“The room we stayed in was almost directly above the pub, so it was very noisy until 10 p.m. The staff were friendly and did their best to meet our needs during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and impressive.”

“Great location. Easy walking distance to English Bay beach, Stanley Park, shops and lots of restaurants. Clean and modern rooms. Small but adequate bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Suite not as anticipated. Expected a 2 bedroom suite with common area but was two separate ensuite rooms off a common hallway with a door that we closed and were woken at 11:30pm to be told we weren’t allowed to close. Very unimpressed with that. Wifi was poor.”

“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的 入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用 算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下 但沒有提供換零錢機 打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的 但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決 浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意 沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”
