“2nd time we stayed there happy customer ”

“I did not take advantage of the breakfast, i did use hot water from there. I like the room, not having carpet was great, although floor was cold, it's still better than a stinky rug. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was great, close to the entrance.”

“Unable to get CBS on the TV was inconvenient for us”

“The photos make the property seem like it was renovated but only 1/4 the property was. The pool is out of service and the continental breakfast is a joke. They basically put out a gallon of milk and 3 choices of cereal for you to choose from and a loaf of bread they bought from the local Kwik Trip. The rooms had new flooring installed but they had paint spots all over them. The bathroom was never touch in the renovation. Out rooms buy it in the tub you could not shut off. Water was running……

“Loved the location and the "home feel" of the GrandStay Hotel. We were just steps to the Riverside Park which was beautiful and walking distance to the historic downtown La Crosse. Our only suggestions to make the experience even better would be to upgrade the beds and have ice/drink vending easily accessible. Anita”

“Cold in room. Little to no heat ”

“This hotel is super quiet, clean and uber convenient to historic downtown LaCrosse. Have stayed here several times now and have no complaints. The price has always been lower than a comparable adjacent hotel (Radisson). Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“I had a connecting flight that was missed due to mechanical failure of the plane..I called the property to let them know that I wasn't able to make it for my reservation that evening and it was out of my control because they diverted me to a different city. I gave them ample notice and still they decided to charge me for the room . I would not recommend booking with them.”

“It was only bagels, muffins and cereal for breakfast which was disappointing. Coffee was decent though”
