The desk clerk was so, kind, friendly and accommodating. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Our room was spacious and very clean. I didn't have to ask for anything because the automatically provided extra pillow, blankets and towels. They had free tea, coffee and hot chocolate with free breakfast for all days. Shady Maple was only 7 minutes away as were many great places to get local offerings. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a great value, very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows. The hotel sits on one of the higher points in the area, and it is quite a view from the parking lot alone. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Most questions were answered as I was checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire facility was clean. Coffee was on in the lobby 24/7! Very nice comfortable room. Very clean and nestled in a beautiful area. There's a corn field behind the hotel and a beautiful farm across the street. There are lounge chairs in a grassy area in front of the hotel and we watched the Amish buggy's pass by all morning. This is the best area to stay in!

Probably the cleanest hotel room ive stayed in since before covid. Super quiet, very nice staff, plenty 9f parking, and within minutes of the family we were visiting. Would definitely come back

This beautiful hotel was such a treat. The hotel is made up of several different buildings. It is so pretty. The bed was very comfortable. It seemed like a hotel you might find in A very upscale place but it is in the middle of Amish country. Everyone who worked there was super nice. I will go back if I am ever in that area. My kids also loved it. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even called our room after checking in to see if everything was to our liking. The entire hotel was spotless. People were constantly cleaning, even washing the windows. Breakfast had many choices! Right next-door to the outlets!

very nice business stay

First time staying at the property overall expierence was great the morning check in guy forgot his name was great and his pup lucy is such a warm welcoming only thing the hotel needs to work on is the pool area kinda nasty but again overall good hotel great staff and really convient to everything also great pricing for area.
