Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. The staff and location are what make this place so special. The staff worked hard to help me with theirs party issues and looked after me, one day running down the street to let me know my backpack was open. The staff and food next door were exceptional. This entire team was terrific. Will stay again
