“Disappointing Lost-and-Found Experience I accidentally left a gift package in my room containing two unopened packets of Japanese matcha and a bottle of Japanese Scotch. The hotel did not contact me after finding it, so I had to call them myself. I later learned that the Scotch bottle had been opened and the unopened matcha packets had been discarded. I called and emailed the hotel multiple times requesting reimbursement, but the issue was not properly resolved. I am very disappointed with……

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
