Quaint private suite with private entrance. 10 minute drive to beach & famous Flagler Avenue with shopping and restaurants. You could bring your bikes and ride in from our neighborhood to 2 wine-bars and downtown Canal Avenue. Saturday morning farmers market and causeway are super close! We live right around the corner from New Smyrna Beach Golf Course and Tiano’s Italian restaurant.

Great stay
We simply wanted a nice, clean and quiet place to stay for the weekend. This property fit the bill perfectly! It was very comfortable and quiet. It was also centrally located, and easy to get to everywhere. We plan to stay there again when we are in New Smyrna Beach!

Cozy room in a quiet neighborhood
Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The room, previously a bedroom in the house, was like a small dorm room with an outside entrance. Shower had nice hot water. Plan on using it just for sleep. Bed was as comfortable as I've had anywhere. Fridge doesn't have a freezer. Food prep facilities were minimal. Count on eating out. Like many places these days, there is no cable. Just a collection of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, etc. Fox was unavailable. Interesting experience to watch other programs, however. Cannot adjust room temperature in the room.

Please note - I had no communication with the owners so I just wasn't sure how to mark the Stars. The room had everything I could possibly need; so I had no reason to talk to them in any way. This place had everything a hotel has without that sterile cookie cutter feeling. Very cute decor & easy to get in & out of the neighborhood. The only thing I'd add - is me!

So cute!
First time staying at an Vrbo and I was pleasantly surprised. If they all look like this I’m in! I love the attention to details the owners did to make their renters feel at home. Coming in and walking through a little walk away into the unit was so cute. They had a little sitting area with a view of a beautiful garden. So magical! In the unit itself everything was pretty and clean and had everything you could possibly need from coffee maker to places to put your suitcases. I was so touched and surprised by a little going away gift they left. I won’t say what it is so you will be surprised as well! 🥰Thumbs up all the way!
