A boutique hotel in midtown Manhatan. Got the junior suite as booked, nice spacious room with pantry, but the bathroom is so small, not proportional with the room. During our 5 night stay, the floor is not vacuumed event once. On the first night my son drops some chips crumbs on the floor, and it is still there when we checked out. Also noticed a used socks underneath the sofa. Need proper attention on cleanliness.

Terrible experience. Check is at 3:00 and I was out in the cold with my daughter till 5:30. Finally after I was told on three different occasions that I would get a call when my room was ready I never did. I had to check back a fourth time and then they finally said they had a room. Another incident happened that an intruder managed to make his way to the 7th floor where I was staying. All of a sudden I hear cursing, security and three cops trying to get this man out. I did not feel safe at this point staying at this hotel with my daughter and was forced to find one last minute and leave before midnight. Terrible experience!
