"It was not the hotel you showed pictures of - you listed it as having a pool and breakfast. Neither are true. Worst was that this hotel is under almost total reconstruction. The windows are just heavy construction plastic. we had to walk through a cloud of construction dust but it was too late to find another hotel. I am trying to get you to refund one night. Because we left the next morning. We agreed to no refunds BASED ON you booking us into the hotel we were shown."
