Very bad experience

"I booled for friday and saturdaynight. Friday i checked in at 830 and the matience was outside hammering and beating right next door. The workers were smoking whatbappeared to be meth. I contacted the front desk and the young kid told me i would half to deal with it because my room wasent refundable and he couldent move me either. So i lost my money and slep in my car. Called hotels .com and havent been given any calls back"
