“The hotel itself was not bad, but unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pool area appeared to be taken over by large groups of people who did not seem to be staying at the hotel. There were multiple families, often groups of 10 or more, rotating in and out of the pool area. It felt as though the pool was being used by outside visitors rather than reserved for paying hotel guests. The front desk staff was polite during check-in, but I find it hard to believe……

“I'm shocked that Expedia even has this hotel on their services. I'd assume there would be a minimum quality. I was wrong. I thought the price was low due to an Expedia sale, but it's low because of the quality. You definitely get what you pay for. It was better than sleeping in the car. If it hadn't been just one night where we got in late and left early, we would have cancelled our reservation and gone elsewhere. We actually seriously considered that even with the circumstances we had”
