Clean and comfortable

For an outdated hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was minimal: juice, coffee, and bakery items. Only wished they had the office unlocked and open at 7:30 to access breakfast items. Would stay there again.

Neighbours next door were LOUD and kept yelling for property manager throughout the night. Washer and dryer listed were not clean. Otherwise it was amazing!

It was a quiet room even though it was on the main street of town. It had a microwave, mini fridge, bath and shower. The tv reception was a little blippy, but we spent most of our time on the beaches anyway, so no big deal for us. It was close to a Chinese restaurant and a burger drive through that also had halibut fish and chips that weren’t bad. Also close to grocery outlet and another grocery store. It is about an 8/10 minute walk to the beach. It’s only 1.6 miles from agate beach and 8 miles from Devils Punchbowl which had little tide pools aginast the rock ledge at low tide where my kids caught lots of crabs; plus it was great for body surfing (and lots of other surfers abound). As for the “breakfast “ there were bagels and packaged muffins/cinnamon rolls, some juice and coffee. We didn’t care for it- but it was something. We will likely return again one day. It was good for me and my three kiddos.

Run down and not kid friendly

The room was very run down and needed maitence we were hesitant to plug anything into the wall outlets due to scorch marks on outlet covers. We requested a 2 queen bedroom with a kitchen when we arrived we were told the kitchen rooms were only a single king bed. The bathroom was clean but very small. The management was very friendly. They came in and cleaned our room and made the beds while we were gone we weren't expecting that during the covid pandemic

Nice quiet place at a modest price

We stayed there for one night. After a horrible night at another cheap motel before that, we expected the worst. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this inn at the very reasonable price we paid. The room was clean, located in a very quiet place. All you need were there: clean good quality bed linens, a comfortable mattress, a radio clock, a mini-fridge, a microwave, an iron, all the toiletries, and even a Keurig coffee machine and six K-cups of a good coffee!!! Nice central location in Newport, close to the beach and to Hwy 101 and still quiet. The only issue was the breakfast. The hotel description was saying "Full breakfast" (not Continental). In fact, it was just muffins, bagels, jam and coffee/tea. That was it. A bit disappointing.

breakfast service began at 7:30am, which is unusually late. Also, the limited breakfast items were not replenished. There was only one breakfast table for the many guests desiring breakfast.

Arrived to check in and they said it was cancelled. Gave many lies. They booked to someone else. Very bad business. Under age kids working desk. Do not book. Turned away family with young kids.

Great bargain

Lot's of ammenities and clean. We had some noisy neighbors but not the hotels fault and one should bring ear plugs for any hotel. Lots of room and a bargain for the price.
