I did not get the room that I paid for. I was supposed to get a Fallsview room, or so the room description said. Upon check in, the agent told me that I did not pay for a view of the falls. The ONLY reason that I booked this hotel was for the view of the falls for my 8 year old son.

Wasn't told at check in that we needed to request daily housekeeping. We had to ask on the 3rd day of our stay for the trash in the room to be emptied and for fresh towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff at the gift shop was very friendly, awesome and helpful and the best part of the stay. The wait staff at the Morton Grille was very friendly and awesome as well.

Overall great stay. Incredible view , yet the windows could have been a little cleaner. The room is clean. Found a blood stain on the blanket . Luckily not on the sheet. But other than this small incident nothing remarkable. It was cold outside, but the AC already has been switched to the summer mode, yet the engineer brought over the radiator and he was very helpful . Again we loved our stay, everything is the attitude. Ours was great.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. My only complaint is that you have to pay $39.00 per day to park and you have about a 5 minute walk to the parking lot. Not very convenient.

While the view was spectacular, the room was like a sauna. I set the thermostat to 60' and it was still stifling while sleeping. We had been sightseeing and walking all day, by the time we returned to the room it was so late, we were too tired to call the desk and try to switch rooms. In the morning when I reported it, the staff just said, "sorry about that." For such a nice hotel, that was very disappointing. Especially since we walked into the hallway and it was like a breath of fresh air.

We stayed for three nights and not once had our room cleaned or beds made. I was charged the tourist tax when i told them i was a resident of ontario. Ever were we ate took it off bit not the hotel. The pool was nice

Hotel view of the Falls was top-notch. The only negatives I have are the price of parking which was 60$ a night, and the smell of our room. We were in1828 and the room smelled very musty / like urine.

The hotel has great location. That said, the staff were not equipped to serve the guests properly. Everything was moving slowly and it seemed to be more a matter of kicking the can down the road rather than helping the guests with their problems.

スタバの店員さんがとても気さくな方でした。また、バーのウェイターさんもとても気が利く良い人でした。 ボートツアー乗車場所まで行くのにシャトルバスがあるにしても、時間が読めず利用しづらいです。歩くと30分以上かかります。 滝の目の前ではありますが、滝まで行くのに3.5ドルはらってゴンドラに乗らねばなりません。 Viewと書いてあるプランを予約しましたが、当日あてがわれたのは滝がかすかに見える一番端の角部屋(最上階)でした。予約の際の写真には滝が映っていたのでてっきり滝が見える部屋だと思っていました。 外に出れば滝は見えるので特に文句はないですが、River ViewなのかFalls Viewなのかもうすこしはっきりと予約の時に分かるようにしていただきたい。 セルフパーキングを利用しましたが、とにかくホテルの前の混みようが半端でなく、2名で旅行する場合は誰か一人がホテルで荷物を見ていなければならず、その間ドライバーは一人でパーキングまで走行しないといけません。パーキングからホテルまでは徒歩10分かかります。さすがに夜の暗い中を一人で歩くわけにもいかず、駐車場係のおじさんにチップを払ってキャリーを見ててもらいました。 38ドル/日とるなら、パーキングに関してこの不便さをどうにかご対応いただきたいと思います。 他にもいろいろありますが、全体的に★2~3といった感じです。お客様をお連れするには全体的に配慮が足りないホテルかなと思います。

The establishment didn’t make us aware that we had to pay for parking until check in. The air conditioning didn’t work at all and I had to call customer service several times and was hung up on. They didn’t send anyone up until 5 hrs later and it was still broken. They brought a fan up finally after 2 days. The front desk staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to help out in anyway. Will not be going to this hotel again

Myself, my two kids both under 3 years old and my wife checked into the hotel room Friday. It wasn’t clean, thinking the next day it would be cleaned when we get back from the trip we took to the state around 12pm.. we got back to the hotel around 7:48pm and our room still wasn’t cleaned. I’m ready to get lawyers involve in this matter.
