Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.

Didn’t get the room we asked for, toilet didn’t flush, constant fire alarms, thin walls, host could not provide us with the room we paid for, refused to refund/discount us.

"The view is what you really pay for. It has one of the best views of the falls. It is more on the experience side. A lot of room categories to choose from and nice Suites. We had a presidential suite which was nice and the view was amazing. Everything was clean and modern. Location is great and close ..."
