Nice quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed this nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Wife and I stayed here with her mom over Spring Break while other family stayed closer to Destin. I enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. Kelly was very helpful with shipping some items we accidentally left behind. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to the area.

Great Property and great location
Stayed here with friends for four nights. We were in town for our high school reunion. The home was clean and well furnished. We didn't have any problems finding everything that we needed to feel comfortable and right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and i would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was quick and easy, as was the check out process.

The house was very clean. Location of the home was in a very nice neighborhood. Adequate parking and nice backyard. The kitchen was well equipped. the bathrooms were nice and the bedrooms were nicely appointed. Enjoyed our stay very much

Florida Family Reunion
Great location and neighborhood to enjoy what both Destin and Niceville have to offer. We prefer not be in Destin due to the crowds this time of year. We enjoyed our too little seen family and treated them to the local area activities of fishing, boating, beaching, canoeing/kayaking and, of course dining. Would highly recommend this property if you're not wanting immediate beach or pool access. Very clean, well equipped home with great privacy in back yard to enjoy grilling and a game of corn hole.
