"Lovely old hotel. Rooms clean and bright. Unfortunately there were a lot of homeless hanging about outside waiting for the church across the street to feed them?"

"We have been to this location multiple times and even though there aare other hotels jn the area. we really like this hotel. The breakfast is good. the pool is always clean and has towels stocked at all times . "

"Property has an excellent location directly on the ocean with panoramic views. It also has a spectacular pool area with fire pits and great outside seating area. They provide convenient parking and shuttle transportation to downtown Newport. Lastly, the staff throughout the property was friendly, competent and accommodating. I would recommend this property highly."
