“Lots of nice amenities: AC, fridge, grill, firepit, porch and porch chairs, shower. Located next to the state park where the stars are visible and the lake has nice docks and trails to explore. I do recommend taking the suggestion to bring water as the tap is metallic in taste. pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but the lofted bed was very nice. still beats sleeping on the ground camping! would recommend. Host was very friendly and answered any questions. She also offered to mail back...

“The family had a great, especially the pool and outside area. Theater room speakers werent connected correctly, so we didn't utilize that room. Plenty of room for everyone and the living rooms were huge, so we watched TV in thise areas. The town of Morton is quaint, small businesses were a pleasure AND dont miss out on the ice cream stand in town...its fabulous. FYI; Walmart and Kroger deliver groceries and there are pizza and wing places that deliver too”

“This is a house that dates from 1869 that is kept in that style with lots of old time features, it has got sir con and modernish bathrooms., but if you want taking back in time this is a place to stay. The staff are great and the breakfast too.”
