"On the surface, this appears to be a recently renovated hotel. The female staff member at check in was kind and helpful. Once we arrived in our room, we realized that there were many maintenance issues. For example, the shower did not work, the phone did not work, there was no remote for the TV and the ice machine in the hall made noise but did not produce any ice. We were given access to a second room in a different building so that we could shower. The property grounds were not well maintained. Buildings and concrete structures need paint, the gardens were torn up, tree limbs lying all over the grass. A continental breakfast was advertised between 7 and 10am. This is a big reason we chose this hotel. We arrived just after 7 and there were no employees in sight. The office was locked. Within a few minutes over 20 guests had gathered expecting to check out and get a quick breakfast. Soon, nearly all had left. Close to 7:30, a guest called the after hours phone line to summon an employee. We were able to get a cup of coffee and a muffin before leaving. There was NO way this breakfast offering would have accommodated all of the guests who left, unwilling to wait for the employees to show up. There were less than 5 muffins and 5-6 pieces of fruit. Yogurt were there but locked up. "

"Stayed for one night with family and the room was pretty clean. The breakfast selection was wonderful and it was all pretty fresh. We had a great stay. Staff was nice too."
