“Location is ok and the hotel is generally clean and well presented however to be woken up by a cleaner at 9am when checkout is 12pm is totally unacceptable. A bathroom with no where to hang towels or robes is only a detail but I didn’t feel the price of the room was justified. A shaving point in the bathroom which was totally inaccessible is just another little detail that hasn’t been thought about. Staff were ok not great, just ok and didn’t seem to care that we had been woken by the cleaner……

"Very good food - extensive breakfast buffet and we also ate in the restaurant one evening and enjoyed a very good meal. Our room's aircon was not working so a decent room fan was provided. Not a huge issue as we spent most of the time outside exploring the city. Overall, the hotel is very good - the location is excellent - very close to the underground trains and yet in a very quiet road."
