Booked for NY Eve as an intermediate "landing spot" rather than staying downtown or driving home to Milwaukee. I've stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, and this Residence Inn is a MUCH better experience and at slightly better pricing.

This facility is so well managed. It isn’t a new building, but you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and taking good care of their customers. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets in addition to so many other options. They even switch it up from day to day so you have different choices. We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is amazing and realky clean, BUT is close to an airport and you can everything at night, even during the day. The first night was a dog there and was barking at midnight 😏

From the moment we walked in everything was beautiful and everyone was kind. Staff was very helpful Especially when my son had a seizure while during our stay. The only complaint I had Was when I asked housekeeping if they could replace towels and take the trash and they didn't. Everything else was perfect. The rest of the staff made up for it with all of their kindness and selflessness.

I gotta say I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will book with them again if Im around chicago again. The room looks clean and VERY spacious with affordable price. It has heated pool and a gym. Also I paid extra to include the breakfast buffet during my visit which was worth it.
