“I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.”

The pool was too cold for my kids to swim in. The water really needed to be cleaned better in the pool and hot tub. Other then that it was perfect. Good food and friendly staff. ”
