"The shower head was broken and leaking during the entire stay. We tried to contact the host on the first night, but we only received a package with the new shower head, but no one came by to fix it. Expedia gave me the phone number to Vrbo customer service line, but it didn’t work. We finally found the host phone number from Vrbo website. We got the response from the host, but he/she didn’t actually help us. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay! All amenities were exactly as described. Check-in details were clear and easy to follow which was extremely helpful as we arrived late at night due to flight delays. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook for coffee, breakfast and meals during our stay. The paved walkway to the suite was beautiful - like a taste of forest in the city with tall cedars and lush landscaping. Frances and Terence were gracious hosts, very accommodating. They gave us helpful tips for navigating the North Vancouver area, transportation and activities. We enjoyed the central location for all activities we were interested in - Deep Cove, Shipyards, Lynn Canyon, and Stanley Park via Seabus using both rental car and city transport as needed. "

"One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Instructions for the unit were very clear, there was even a “move in” book that laid everything out and provided suggestions on local places. Ownership was very responsive.This felt like a high end adult tree house! The views are exactly how it shows online. The backdrop is a beautiful wall of green scape. The place was impeccable and had everything we needed. Very high end. Ideal central location. We plan to book next summer! "
