Such a beautiful and peaceful place, especially including the surrounding grounds. We really enjoyed the associated pub a short walk down the street.
The staff was great. We even went clay shooting with the renowned head chef.

Absolutely incredible stay. The room was the cosiest - I could have slept for a week straight. The food was 12/10, massive portions and incredibly fresh. The best was the staff! Thanks all! From check in to check out, everyone was great to have a chat with. I can’t wait to come back.

This review is from an American's perspective. Our first UK/Wales trip.
This is a class operation. It is a country house, not a hotel. All rooms were different, very nicely appointed and roomy; comfortable beds. No in-room safe. I don't have any reference from other country houses. But in my opinion, five stars all the way.
Common spaces were great. Very nice conservatory, glass on all sides. Formal living room with plenty of seating. Huge, manicured grounds. This is out in the country. Quiet....

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lake View Hotel. Amy and James were wonderful hosts, the breakfast was delicious, rooms comfortable and well appointed. Easy walk to the town of Llanberis and bus stop across the street to Mt. Snowdon. The back garden is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!!

Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable.
