“Took a very long time to check in because one clerk could not get into the computer system. This is an older building w outside room doors and no elevator. My room directly faced a pair of huge electrical conduit boxes sitting in parking spaces. I could not get the shower to function.”

“The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”
