"The was a fantastic size with a bed area, sitting area and an office area. Bathroom was average and water took a long time to get hot so started it about 10 minutes before stepping in. Elevators could take a little time but not a big deal. Vallet was friendly and efficient. Only occasionally could we hear other guests if outside your door. Property is a fantastic downtown location just slightly off the beaten path to not feel crowded. Right off of Lake Shore Drive so it’s really quick and easy to travel to the north or south."
