“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. There was no WiFi available, which was already inconvenient. However, the bigger issue was a serious lack of respect for privacy. In the morning, we left the room at 8:00 AM and returned around 10:00 AM, well before the 11:00 AM checkout time. Despite this, the room had been opened and entered by staff without our permission. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
