### Modern, City Centre Apartment with kitchenette and courtyard

46c St Giles is a modern conversion in a historic, Grade 2 listed-building in the heart of the historic region of Norwich. This quiet street is adjacent to Norwich’s famous lanes where you will find a plethora of independent shops and restaurants, and two minutes’ walk from the centre where you will find its famous market, attractive streets and a wide selection of popular shops and restaurants. Five minutes from the market, you will find Norwich’s iconic cathedral and castle.  
  
For those of you who fancy a night on the town, there are a huge number of pubs and clubs within 5-10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Please ask your hosts and we will be happy to recommend the ideal place for you.  
  
The recently-converted modern apartment is contemporary and open-plan in style with oak flooring, a modern kitchen, breakfast bar, lounge, bathroom, a double bedroom and rustic lighting. It also has the luxury of a floor-to-ceiling glass window and door with access to a bamboo-surrounded, communal courtyard.
