The overall property was beautiful! We absolutely felt safe in this location. Everything about the room was modern and beds were comfortable.

Appreciated the early check-in so I could rest after my red eye flight. Modern facility with updated amenities. Great parking garage, customer service top notch. Room was very clean and quiet with beautiful view of the lake. Perfect place to stay when in town for a concert.

Holiday Inn is always my favorite Hotel when away from home, and the Spring Holiday Inn goes above and beyond… ever reminding me that my choice to stay with them was PERFECT!

Overall pretty good, my kids loved the water park. Only downside was you have to request your room to get cleaned everyday, and my room wasn’t ready at the time we arrived which was supposed to be ready at 4pm. Will definitely recommend but they can do better in this area specially when you are paying 300 usd per night.
