“Second year in a row! Love everything about this property. Feels like coming home!For parents of rowers, this home was a great place to return to at the end of a day at the lake. We used the oven to bake for the team and the washer and dryer to give our son fresh uniforms.The neighborhood is always quiet and close to everything. We’ll be back again next year!”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“We were in Tennessee for a crew regatta. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen was a must and we were able to prepare everything we needed. The location was also great. Only 8 minutes from the races. The host was easily reachable and answered all our questions quickly.”

“Convenient to the location needed. House was fine, a little older than usual for a rental but everything worked, good hot water and the beds we comfortable. Note: bring linens, other that sheets nothing provided”

“I paid extra to stay here because it had better reviews. Unfortunately, there was hair all over the bathroom: on the counter, toilet seat, toilet itself, floor, shampoo bottle, shower wall, tub. I got in late and left early, so I didn't have the energy or time to ask staff to assist. I did inform the employee at checkout and she apologized. I didn't examine the rest of the room due to the dim lighting, but there was a mildewy/musty smell when I entered, likely from a previous cleaning that...
