“Great locations if you are seeing a show at the Saenger or Cresent. Staff was friendly, the place was eclectic, the drinks were spot on. Would stay again!”

“Ice maker inop. TV inop (actually, the TV was fine, but there were no stations). Couldn't receive WiFi in the room (though we could receive the WiFi from the Holiday Inn nearby). Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless. On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around……

“Top floor was closed for maintenance which we didn’t know til we got there, it was the reason we booked that hotel so we were disappointed with that. The staff was great and helpful, room was mostly clean except bathroom could have been done better with getting other peoples hair up.”

“It was a place to rest my eyes and bathe. For a decent price. Thats it thats ALL. Bath mat.. DINGY Pillow cases old flat and DINGY.. Reserved nonsmoking room.. receptionist stated they didnt hv any more rooms altho at 7 am day of checkout parking lot empty and rooms were still empty.. so a liar! No deposit tho. Wud not stay again. But u pick YOUR poison.”

“The room smells horrible, the linens had stains , dirty , the TV did not work. The pillows super old , AC not working well . It was a nightmare!”

“Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold……
