I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in.
